Racing Grandpa

Noah is really into running and insisted on having races, even in his pyjamas this evening -luckily Grandpa was up for the challenge. After a lengthy bedtime story from Auntie Joan he had no problems getting to sleep, so thanks guys for wearing him out!

After party

Today was my birthday. I was given the best present a working mum can have - a few hours to myself. Me and Mum went shopping to Cardiff, after which I took the kids to the Mad Hatters tea party. Noah was turned into a tiger by the brilliant face painters. Ruby was Alice and danced with the Queen of Hearts.

Displaying at an early age the determination she's always had, here is Miss Ruby Richards in about March 08, aged approx 18 months.

Espresso

Espresso cups and saucers make perfect afternoon tea cups and plates for the little ones. Here we see the aftermath of milk and lemon cake (from the cake stall in school). Yum!

Spork

Spoon knife and fork in one, perfect from camping. Min'e yellow, Will's is green, Noah's blue and Ruby's pink.

Tea with Cherry

Cherry spent the day with us on Monday. We went to the park and had an indoor picnic. Then Uncle Will took them for a milkshake at Malc's cafe whole I had to go to work (boo!). Lovely to cuddle you Cherry, come back soon xxx

Easter 09

 

Just catching up on some pics from Easter, mostly spent in Cornwall. We really enjoyed a day at Chytodden. Two big family meals, squeezed into the dining room, table tennis in the garden with John Eddy, and a walk up and down Godolphin hill.

The leftover wigs from Jean's hen do were put to good use, Ruby in particular is thrilled to have long hair. I hope you were pleased we were all wearing these itchy tinsel numbers Jean, although you had to wear a silver one too.
